At BRPCC we strive to improve the access, effectiveness, and quality of primary and preventive health care services in North Baton Rouge and Scotlandville communities.
We provide top care for chronic illnesses such as asthma, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes. Behavioral/mental health, dental, optometry, prenatal, pediatric, and pharmacy services are also available.

BRPCC Health Care for the Homeless program offers primary and pediatric eye care, discounted eyeglasses, in-house optical lab services, contact lenses, and screenings for vision problems.
New and existing patients can now access optometry services at the Health Care for the Homeless site.

For your convenience, a St. Vincent De Paul (SVD) Pharmacy is located onsite at the BRPCC Health Care for the Homeless health center. SVD Pharmacy services are available for all BRPCC Health Center patients.
AT SVD Pharmacy prescription assistance programs are available for individuals who cannot afford to purchase their medications.
Hours of Operation
Applicants should call the pharmacy between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m. to set up an appointment to be screened for eligibility. SVD pharmacy is open Monday through Friday.
